Duluth

For Duluth's campaign, we were asked to create a bespoke soundtrack with sound design that would complement the visuals, staying true to their signature dad-joke style.

We started out by creating sound design for the very specifically styled animation. We did this by adding our own voices and sound effects to key moments in the animation. Next, we added some instruments that helped create the atmosphere we wanted the visuals to be in. And after layering all those sounds, it was finally time to bring in the most advanced equipment in our studio: the kazoo, a sophisticated instrument that was finally used for the first time in THNDR's history. This way, we enhanced the qualities of the animation by adding lots of character at key moments.
