Yoni is a company that makes period care products with all natural products, in order to improve sustainability and personal health care. Their view is based on the idea that plastic, perfume and other synthetic ingredients used in most tampons have no place inside the human body. We embarked on a sonic journey with them, in order to find just the right tone of voice for Yoni's new brand film.
Yoni is about empowerment and innovation, so we wanted something with a youthful feel. We tried different genres, styles and eventually found the sound that fitted perfectly. We went for something empowering yet slightly soulful, like Beyoncé and Janelle Monáe. Because of our close collaboration with The Young and Yoni's brand director, we ended up with this energetic, alternative R&B beat that we're really excited about.
